Always remember that there is more after that
It might seem quite complicated from time to time, to figure out where to go and what to do. It is okay to sometimes be overwhelmed by some laziness that just takes you and compels you to simply watch series on your computer because, somehow, nothing else seems taking or interesting enough for you to move and leave the couch, or bed, that you like so much.
It has taken us all at one point or another in our lives, some of them live in it every day. It is called depression. The first step is to acknowledge it and make it yours. Understand your feelings, what makes you feel a certain way.. and from there look up the root and figure out how you can deal with those issues that have, like common ivy, settled their little roots all around your soul.
Help can be asked, don't feel frightened to go to friends, family, or someone you trust. Tell them : "I think I need help". And be open, be open to solutions. Changing is hard. People tend to feel comfortable in their own misery because that is all they know, that is all they have learned to cope with. But this resignation just makes things temporary. All gets either worse, or better. And it's up to you to chose which way it goes. You and only you can decide to stay seated or take the risk, and accept the fear that indeed things will change. They might get worse for a while, but as it has been heard before, once at the bottom, the only way out, is up.
